The papers included in this number were presented by our researchers in CIEO’s monthly seminars and reflect the research works developed by the authors.

SEMINARS AND DISCUSSION PAPERS
Spatial and Organizational Dynamics - CIEO 2009
· The DISCUSSION PAPERS Spatial and Organizational Dynamics from the Research Center for Spatial and Organizational Dynamics show some scientific research made by members of our center. They are published every three months and are referenced by RePEc.
· The SEMINARS Spatial and Organizational Dynamics from the Research Center for Spatial and Organizational Dynamics are a space for debate and reflexions on the research work developed by the members of the center and are also an opportunity to interact and improve processes for future publications on international magazines.
Our seminars will take place on the Sala de Actos at the Faculty of Economics, University of Algarve. Our 9th Seminar will take place the next 8th of February. Professor Jorge Gomes from ISCTE and associate member of our center is going to present the work: The thinking of crowds: Strong vs. weak HR. Once more, we invite all our members and others to attend our seminars, for the entrance is free.
